Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, you will preferably have at least 2 years sales/recruitment background and demonstrate measurable results in terms of bringing on new business. Graduates with relevant degrees are also welcome to apply. You will be required to work independently as well as part of a team in supporting the growth of Fuelmii. We have a small, friendly, and passionate team which each has its own assigned area to work on. The sales cycle is of a 360 nature, where you identify leads, mainly cold call decision makers and then meet and present our service to these. The role will require a level of travel to attend meetings. This role offers an attractive commission structure, which is offered based on each customer which is brought on.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and develop business.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, recommendation through existing customers etc.
  • Map out new areas of potential and deliver the business case to support it.
  • Set up and attend meetings with senior decision makers from potential customers and understand their needs and wants as well as any concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
  • Maintain and nurture and improve current customer relationships and yield.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals through account forms.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

 

Key Attributes:
  • Preferably have at least 2 years sales/recruitment background or recent business graduate.
  • Highly goal orientated with a proven track record of achieving targets on a consistent basis.
  • Self-motivated, driven and naturally enthusiastic relationship builder and networker.
  • Administrative competence with systems and reporting.
  • Preferably have experience in cold calling and meeting decision makers.
  • Have a strong ability to close and sign-up customers.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the industry a distinct advantage.
A full Driving licence required as travel to customer visits is expected as part of the role.

Fuel Operator
Fuelmii are looking for Delivery Drivers to carry out Diesel Re-fuelling! We have a few vacancies for delivery drivers with customer service experience to represent Fuelmii when re-fuelling other companies’ vehicles and tanks. We are constantly expanding and are keen to promote from within and therefore this is your chance to get in early to the next big thing. As part of our driver incentives, we provide ADR training (to transport Dangerous Goods) free of charge if you pass your 3-month probation.

 

To apply applicants must have:
  • UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence, held for at least 5 years and with no more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements such as: CD, IN, DR, DD, TT99
  • C1, C/Class 2: Must hold a C1 licence (7.5T entitlement) or above with valid CPC
  • Valid CPC
  • ADR Licence: Desirable. If you do not have one, we provide ADR training free of charge if you pass your 3-month probation.

Experience:

Driver’s Mate/Fuelling Assistant
This is not a “driving” role. This role is to aid our drivers when delivering fuel to our clients and fuelling vehicles yourself, following all instruction from the Depot Manager, Logistics Coordinator and guidance from the Transport Coordinator. Ensuring that we adhere to scheduling, client details and expectations as well as Health & Safety guidance that must be followed as well as our 13 steps (company values). This assistant job is key to help our Fuel Operators with the fuel, vehicle and delivering a great, professional and considerate service to our clients.
  • Fill your truck’s tanks with Diesel to distribute between clients in line with your schedule
  • Fueling several vehicles at the customer sites
  • Ensuring the correct registration is entered
  • Ensuring that all deliveries run smoothly and are as quick as possible
  • Working well with others
  • Making sure your vehicle is clean and tidy
  • Pump maintenance

  • Time keeping

Key Account Executive
Do you want to liaise with large companies across the UK and build long lasting relationships?

 

The role
Within the sales team our key account executives will create, maintain and nurture long term relationships with our customers, resolve any issues that arise from our customers with the appropriate internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The job is to build on the relationships to enhance sales and service. Communicate with the internal teams in a collaborative and supportive manner at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with key employees of our customers
  • Create plans to address customers business needs in line with Fuelmii
  • Input data into IRS and keep this date updated
  • Work along with transport, finance and sales to ensure all reports are up to date
  • Report and administer the role with the internal systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with all services of Fuelmii
  • Key point of contact for customer issues – escalate and monitor with the appropriate internal channels.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to keep up to date with business relationship to
  • Ensure that Fuelmii’s contractual terms are adhered tonsure that the brand and services of Fuelmii are delivered in the best possible way to customers, potential customers and wider reach
  • Represent Fuelmii at events, conferences and exhibitions when required
  • Work with the sales function to ensure collaboration in account management and the sales strategy within the organisation
  • Meet all KPI’s and goals set within the business
  • Ensure that the brand and services of Fuelmii are delivered in the best possible way to customers, suppliers and wider reach
  • Collaborate with internal liaisons to address and highlight customers needs, trends, issues to come to a satisfactory plan/conclusion/process for the future success of our business relationships

 

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30. We are a 24-7 operation and could receive calls outside of work hours, however this is rare.
